Our rooms were a nice size and brand-new with 2 queen beds.

The check-in was quick. We greatly enjoyed the perfect room with a king bed. The staff were very good and amiable. The location was marvelous; a shopping mall was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

They offer a nice selection of breakfast options; the room was quiet and had a comfortable king-size bed; the location is wonderfully peaceful in the Portland area.

The room was quiet, and bright, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and tea/coffee making equipment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom - clean. Hotel's location was great, in the Portland area.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The location tucked away by Tanasbourne was great and close to shopping and restaurants. We were tired after a day of traveling, and this hotel provided the perfect comfortable and clean retreat.

Location was nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside in their courtyard with a drink. Rooms are layed out well and have a balcony or patio which we did not know about when booking.

Musty smell in room and a little evidence of age. We ate at the bistro once and the food tasted frozen and microwaved.

We had a family emergency and needed to be close to the Kaiser Medical Center. The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short distance away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly caring and attentive, even leaving thoughtful gift bags in our room after our mother's surgery. The kitchen staff provided excellent service and were extremely helpful.

We liked the convenience of the location and the hotel itself had lovely landscaping in the courtyard.

The hotel was difficult to find and there are charges on our credit card that we did not make as we paid for all meals, etc. with cash. We are very disappointed and frustrated. We will not stay here again.

The staff was rude. They couldn't find my reservation and instead of looking in to it at first they suggested I had the wrong hotel and should check with the Residence Inn since the addresses were very similar. The reservation couldn't be found because they misspelled my name and blamed it on Booked.net

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and department stores in the Portland Metro area. There are also plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering guests a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The staff had some issues with finding reservations and misspelling names, leading to confusion and inconvenience for guests.
